What is the Out & Loud festival?

Out & Loud is a festival for LGBTIQA+ choirs across Australasia and

the world to gather, share experiences and sing together. Each choir

performs their music in concerts and ‘pop-up’ performances. They

then learn and perform a commissioned piece and selected songs in

a final Massed Choir gala.

This is a festival all LGBTIQA+ Western Australians can enjoy, with

many ways to participate: for singers to improve their choral skills,

educators to engage with musical professional development,

emerging artists develop their craft, and for all the to learn about

promoting LGBTIQA+ inclusion in music and the arts
