About Out & Loud Perth 2026
Out & Loud Perth 2026 will run from 16th-20th November at the University of Western Australia with the kind support of the University. Throughout the week festival participants will take over UWA's pupose-built music rooms to:
- rehearse performance pieces with their own choir,
- rehearse in sectionals with fellow sopranos/altos/tenors/basses across choirs
- learn and rehearse massed choir pieces
- learn new skills and perspectives in workshops
We will launch the week at our twilight welcome party at the Royal Perth Yacht Club on the Swan River on Monday 16th November. Our festival party will be held at The Court Hotel in Northbridge, a stronghold of Perth’s LGBTQIA+ community. Out & Loud will also be taking over iconic Perth locations for “pop up concerts” at locations across the CBD and beyond. We'll also show off Perth and our local LGBTQIA+ community groups and events, with the Festival running at the same time as Pridefest in WA.
Our festival will conclude with our final Gala Concert, including performances by each choir as well as massed choir performances held at the University's famous Winthrop Hall on the 20th of November.
Partiipants will receive a full program on registration.

Are you interested presenting a seminar or facilitating a workshop as part of Out & Loud? Please complete this form. All Expressions of interest will be considered, and the Committee will select to ensure a breadth of topics and voices at the festival, representing the values and aim of Out & Loud and out participating choirs.
